These terms apply to everything Rosa Wildlife Reserve operates: this website, our Discord server, our four Discord applications (Rosa Terminal, Rosa Conservatory, Rosa Support and Rosa Wildlife) and our Path of Titans game server. We refer to all of it together as the Reserve.
We call a member of the Reserve a sprout. Sprout is the name of the role everybody gets once their application is accepted, and sprout means the same thing as member throughout this document.
By joining our Discord, signing in here, or connecting to our game server, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Reserve.
This document is version 1.49, last updated 7 October 2026.
Rosa is a community server built on someone else's game and someone else's platforms. Their rules apply to you as well as ours, and where they conflict, theirs win:
- Alderon Games Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, the studio behind Path of Titans.
- Discord Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Patreon Terms of Use, if you choose to support us there.
A ban from Alderon Games or from Discord ends your access here too, regardless of your standing with us. We cannot appeal those on your behalf.
You must be at least 13 years old, and older where your country sets a higher minimum age. If you are between 13 and 17, Alderon Games requires that a parent or guardian has read and agreed to their terms on your behalf. If we learn that someone is below the minimum age, we remove their account and delete the data described in our Privacy Policy.
Rosa is a private community. Membership is granted through an application and can be withdrawn. Nobody has a right to access.
To play on the game server you link your Discord account to your Alderon Games account through our registry. You are responsible for the accuracy of that link and for everything done on both accounts.
- An Alderon account may be linked to one Discord account at a time.
- Registry changes and account transfers are performed by staff, not by sprouts. If you lose access to an account or want to move to another one, open a ticket.
- Do not share, sell, rent, or give away your account, and do not use somebody else's. Alderon Games forbids this outright and so do we.
- Creating another account to get around a ban or mute ends in a permanent ban here, and will result in your Alderon account being banned as well.
Our full ruleset, species profiles, and resources are published in our Discord server and form part of these terms. We do our best to prioritize education over punishment: a first offense within a rule category will usually be met with a reminder rather than a penalty.
Penalties escalate along a fixed ladder:
- Suggestion: guidance only, not recorded.
- Reminder: the first recorded breach in a category. Remains on your record.
- First and second notice: repeated breaches.
- First suspension: a 48-hour in-game ban. Huge carnivores cannot be played while active.
- Second suspension: a 72-hour in-game ban. Breaches of rules marked as egregious go straight to this level.
- Temporary ban: eight weeks, removal from the whitelist, and a return to applicant status.
- Permanent ban: for zero-tolerance breaches, for a pattern of behavior that damages the community, or for a suspension-level breach within four weeks of returning from a temporary ban.
Staff apply judgment within this framework. We reserve the right to remove anyone who consistently undermines the community, including where no specific rule was broken.
Moderation of this server is entirely our responsibility. Alderon Games takes no responsibility for community-run servers, their availability, or the conduct of their staff, and cannot resolve disputes between you and us.
Reports are a tool for resolution and education. Using them to shame, target or ostracize another sprout is itself a breach, and so is shaming somebody for filing one.
Reports, investigations, and penalties are recorded and remain available to staff. You may appeal a penalty through our appeals channel. An appeal is reviewed by staff who were not involved in the original decision wherever that is practical.
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, impersonate or discriminate against anyone;
- claim or imply that Rosa is official, endorsed by, or affiliated with Alderon Games;
- share content that is illegal, sexually explicit, or depicts real-world violence;
- exploit bugs, use cheats or third-party tools that grant an unfair advantage, or interfere with our bots, website or game server;
- attempt to gain access to staff tools, other sprouts' data, or any part of our systems you have not been granted;
- scrape, bulk-download or republish our rules, profiles, resources or custom mods without permission.
Donations through Patreon are voluntary and support our running costs. They are not purchases of goods or services and are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
Donating buys no advantage in the game. Alderon Games does not allow community servers to sell, or to accept donations in exchange for, in-game bonuses, boosts, items, growth or exclusive perks, and does not allow base game content to be locked behind a payment. We follow that. What supporters receive is recognition outside the game: a matching role in our Discord and our thanks.
In-game currency (petals), shop items, characters, growth, and any other in-game or in-bot item have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not your property. We can change, withdraw or reset them for balance reasons or when an account is penalized. Selling or trading them for real money is not permitted, and neither is selling access to the Reserve.
Once the server sustains itself and holds sufficient reserve funding, we intend to donate excess Patreon income to real-world animal conservation. That is a statement of intent, not a contractual commitment.
Trail-cams, character lore, artwork, screenshots, and other content you post remain yours. By posting them in the Reserve you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and share them within the Reserve and in our promotional material, with credit where practical. You can ask us to stop using a specific piece at any time.
Only post content you have the right to post. Our custom mods, skins, profiles, and written resources remain ours and may not be reused on other servers without written permission. Neither we nor you may sell mods or user-generated content for Path of Titans; Alderon Games forbids it.
Members post artwork, screenshots and clips, so some of what is on this site was made by somebody else. If you own the copyright in something posted here and you did not agree to it being posted, write to legal@rosarealism.com and we will look at it.
Tell us all of the following, so we can act on the letter without writing back first:
- The work you own, described well enough for us to recognize it.
- The web address of every page or picture here that you want taken down.
- How to reach you: a name, an email address, and a postal address or telephone number.
- That you believe in good faith that the use was not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
- That the information in your letter is accurate, and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your signature, written or typed.
We take down what a complete letter names while we look into it, and we tell the member who posted it what was removed and why. A member who believes the removal was a mistake can write to the same address with their own account of it, and we will pass that on to whoever wrote to us.
An account that repeatedly posts work belonging to somebody else is removed from the Reserve.
The Reserve is a hobby project run by volunteers. The website, bots, and game server are provided as they are, without any warranty. We do not promise uptime, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. Rosa is currently in alpha; nothing is final, including character data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Reserve, including lost characters, progress or items. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death, personal injury or fraud.
We may update these terms. Significant changes are announced in our Discord server before they take effect, and the version and date at the top of this page change with them. Continuing to use the Reserve after a change means you accept the updated terms.
If you have a question about these terms, write to legal@rosarealism.com. A reply comes back within moments to say the letter arrived, with a case number you can quote if you write again. A person reads every letter and answers it.
You can also open a ticket in our Discord server to reach staff about anything in this document. Use the address above if you are not in the server, because opening a ticket requires you to be in it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence. Note that your separate agreement with Alderon Games is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
