Rosa Update: October 7, 2026
When something goes wrong on the site, a dinosaur is there to tell you what happened.
A dinosaur for every detour
A page you can’t open now tells you why. An ankylosaur holds up a no-entry sign and names the rank the page needs. Think it’s wrong? The page links to a ticket.
Website
A page that fails to load has a Parasaurolophus putting the signpost back up. Press Try again, or head back to the Reserve. Anything you saved is still there.
Website
If the whole site can’t load, a stegosaurus keeps a lantern lit in the fog. It gives you a reference to pass on to staff, and a way to try again.
Website
A part of the site that’s closed for an incident shows a Pachycephalosaurus at the fallen log. It says what’s affected, when it started and when we expect it back. Planned maintenance still has the construction crew.

Your pictures
You can hide a picture from your page and keep it for later. Got a picture for each page theme? Hide the ones you’re not using and show them again whenever you swap, without uploading them again. A hidden picture still takes one of your spots.

Reporting a bug
There’s a new place to report bugs: the bug reports forum in Tech Operations. Pick where the bug is, fill in the short format, and add a screenshot if you can.
Rosa Wildlife
Rosa Wildlife Reserve reads every bug report as soon as you post it. It tells you if part of the format is missing, points you to posts about the same bug, and lets you know when the Game Warden updates your report.
Rosa Wildlife
Every bug report gets a short reference, like #K7Q2XM, on the end of its title. Use it whenever you mention that bug later, in another post or in a ticket.
Rosa Wildlife
Have the same bug as someone else? React 🐛 on their report and you’ll follow it. You hear about every reply and update without a new post. If the report is merged into another one, you follow that one too.
